But there are few things you should do to make sure you always get your updates and get them on time.

If you have a pre-pay contract with your mobile phone operator
make sure you have enough credit

Does Bucks Mobile work abroad?
If you live abroad or are frequently outside the UK then a Season Ticket is your best option.
We cannot guarantee delivery in every country, but these are some countries where Bucks Mobile customers have received updates:

I'm not getting my texts
We do our best to make sure everyone gets their texts, but with hundreds of updates being sent out each week mistakes can happen.
If you're experiencing any problems with the service please let us know.

Keep your message to no more than one standard text's length (160 letters or numbers, including spaces).
Cost of sending will be your normal rate, you will not be charged for any replies from us.
